FUNDING

Innovative research is funded in a variety of thematic areas. Current focus areas of research include water quality, ecosystem modeling and technology development and transfer. Grants usually are for two years and may be extended as warranted.

Requests for proposals for the next funding cycle will go out on January 16, 2003.
